I started with Notion last March 2024 and used it for a few months. After a while it became more time consuming for me to create and organize in it. I started using my free OneNote (microsoft store) which is easier for me to just make tabs and copy and paste things or type things I want to do.

I was wondering about how much I’d actually use it. I will try to keep my reading log going if nothing else

I use my electronic calendar everyday. I put everything I want and need to do. Top priority gets the early spot of my day which is 8 or 9am. After I'm done with a project, I write in capitals DONE! It just feels so good doing that. Another thing you can do is color code the importance of a project or change the color after completing that project. I put everything on the calendar such as my writing schedule, sending newsletters, research something, even my household chores for that day which sometimes I will do as my break from the pc after a few hours on it.

I need to get back to weekly coffee shop or library sessions. Those are my go-to if I feel like I can't focus.
